Like so many mothers, my instinct was always to put everyone else first. But over time, it became deeply ingrained in me that prioritizing my own well-being is not selfish — it’s essential. It’s how I stay present, healthy, and here for the long run, able to give my family the life of health, safety, and love they deserve.
